A building’s façade is where outdoor conditions first meet the structure. With İSO THERMAL exterior application, heat, water and sound insulation are combined in a single coat — reflecting summer’s radiant heat and stopping interior heat loss in winter.
In field measurements, an untreated façade reaches 70-75 °C in summer while an İSO THERMAL-treated surface stays in the 40-45 °C band. Given that the natural seasonal difference is only 8-10 °C, this 25-30 °C gap demonstrates the product’s significant effect.
The water-based formulation bonds to concrete, brick, screed and shingle with strong adhesion (8 N/mm²) and needs no primer. Its crack-bridging elasticity keeps the façade free of cracking and peeling for years while remaining breathable — preventing darkening, mould and efflorescence.
