DZT-444 is a high-performance façade coating for concrete and shingle/membrane surfaces. It delivers excellent heat and water insulation on exterior surfaces and a durable coating for concrete floors; its water-repellent structure protects against heat, moisture and water and prevents damp and mould.

In field measurements an untreated façade reaches 70-75 °C in summer while a DZT-444 surface stays at 40-45 °C — a clear gain in energy saving and comfort.
It forms a durable, water-resistant coating on concrete floors, protecting the structure from summer heat, winter cold and frost, with a range of colour options for aesthetic harmony.
